Cosmetic eye surgery to Djerba the BLEPHAROPLASTY

Among the cosmetic surgery operations performed by surgeons in our aesthetics, we find the BLEPHAROPLASTY, and part of eye surgeries. In fact, the correction Eyelid is a very personal response and the procedure depends on the amount of fatty tissue and skin to remove. There are two different types of interventions, the correction of the upper eyelid and the correction of the lower eyelid.

In the case of correction of the upper eyelid operation consists in removing excess skin. This type of cosmetic surgery takes about an hour and is performed under local anesthesia. An incision is made in the crease of the eyelid to make small almost invisible scars. Our cosmetic surgeon removes a strip of skin, sometimes part of the eye circular muscle; it can even remove the fatty tissue in the inner corner of the eye near the nose.

The operation of the lower eyelid differs from the case of the upper eyelid. Indeed, the phenomenon of eye bags occurs at lower eyelids. This aesthetic operation is to remove excess fatty tissue. This operation has two different techniques.

The first technique consists largely in the fatty tissue, in this case it is very important to determined the exact cause of the pockets, whether an excess of adipose tissue or otherwise to a liquid accumulation. Generally, the fatty tissue is a case of constant factor when the quantity of liquid varies from one hour to one another. In the case of fat tissue the operation is to remove them through an incision under the lower lashes. In this case our cosmetic surgeon often removes a can of skin so avoided the phenomenon of the empty bag. This facilitates incision to tighten the circular eye muscle.
